All White Coco returns on Sunday 9th June 2024, from 3 - 11pm.

In June 2023, Coco became the first independent Day Party specialists to play at the iconic Knebworth. 2024, we will continue to develop, improve and build on your feedback to create an experience that is truly unique and exceptional for the culture. There is simply nothing like this, “The All White Coco Day Party”.  

Full music production, fully carpeted white area, come rain or shine, to ensure that those heels will be dancing comfortably. Executive toilets, free parking and an easily accessible venue with an outstanding line-up of DJs over two rooms under one roof playing Soul, RnB, Party Classics, House, Dancehall and more.

The “All White Coco Day Party” is now rescheduled to Sunday 7th July 2024. The event will take place at Ascot Racecourse. The address is High St, Ascot SL5 7JX 

The day party doors will open at 3pm on Sunday 7th July and Coco will finish at 10pm.

Doors close at 6.00pm for all customers. Please ensure you plan your journey in advance to enable you to arrive in time to clear ticketing and parking. We have a no-refund policy if you fail to adhere to the timings.

Our primary ticketing partner is Redbox, and if you have any issues with your tickets, please get in touch with support@yourticketbooking.com 

If you have purchased your ticket from Eventcube, contact the Promoter here. 

Please only purchase from our Official Ticket Partners and beware of unauthorised ticket agents, including eBay, Gumtree, Viagogo etc., to avoid disappointment. Fraudulent tickets will be cancelled on discovery, and you will not be granted access to the day party.  

Coco Lawn & Coco Marquee are our dedicated VVIP areas and is the perfect way to experience All White Coco. You will be given access to our exclusive VVIP area, which consists of the following depending on room choice: Hospitality VVIP boxes seating 10 overlooking Coco Lawn, premium furniture, dedicated area inc food and drinks inc in package price.

BY TRAIN 

South Western Railway runs a frequent service to Ascot from both Reading, Guildford and London Waterloo. The average journey time is 27 minutes from Reading and 52 minutes from Waterloo. The railway station is a seven-minute walk from the racecourse, via. a spacious paved path away from roads. 

 

BY CAR 

From London & The North 

M4 Junction 6 onto the A332 Windsor by-pass and follow the signs to Ascot.

From the West 

M4 Junction 10 to the A329(M) signed to Bracknell and follow the signs to Ascot.

From the South & East 

M3 Junction 3 onto the A332 signed to Bracknell and follow the signs to Ascot.

From the Midlands 

M40 southbound, Junction 4. Take the A404 towards the M4 (Junction 8/9). On the M4 head towards Heathrow/London. Leave M4 at Junction 6 and follow the A332 Windsor by-pass to Ascot. 

 

TRAVELLING BY AIR 

There is a helicopter landing facility close to the racecourse that is available on both event and non-event days throughout the year (subject to permission).  Please click here for further details or call Fresh Air Helicopters on +44 1869 278 244 to arrange a landing or helicopter charter.  Please note that the landing facility is not suitable for fixed-wing aircraft. 

Heathrow Airport 

The nearest airport to Ascot Racecourse is London Heathrow (LHR) Airport which is 10.4 miles away. 

Brixton Coach
Coach return from Brixton Town Hall, SW2 1RW. Coaches will depart at 1.30pm Sharp.

 

Brockley Coach
Coach return from Junction of Shardoloes Road and Millmark Grove SE14 6RZ. The coach departs at 1pm Sharp. 

 

Catford Coach
Coach return from Catford, Bromley Road Retail Park SE6 2QU. Coaches will depart at 1.00pm Sharp.

 

Chingford Coach
Coach return from Chingford, Larkswood Leisure Park, 175 New Road, E4 9EY. Coaches will depart at 1.30pm.

 

Crystal Palace Coach
Coach return from Anerley Town Hall, Anerley Rd, Anerley, SE20 8BD at 1.30pm.

 

Hackney Coach
Coach return from Hackney Town Hall, E8 1EA. The coach will depart at 1.15pm Sharp.

 

Shepards Bush Coach

Stratford Coach

Wembley Coach
Coach return from Wembley Bridge Park Complex Harrow Road, London NW10 0RG. Coaches will depart at 2.00pm Sharp.

Yes, we have parking on site. Parking is free and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

The car park will open from 2pm on Sunday 7th July and close at midnight.  Cars are parked at the owners risk, and Ascot/Coco cannot be held responsible for theft or damage. You cannot leave your car overnight.

You will not be allowed to re-enter the car park. Entry into the car park will close at 6.30pm, and there is no re-admission.  

All White Coco does not allow pass-outs to the car park during the day party.  

Car Park 2 is situated opposite the venue Ascot Racecourse 

We ask that all day party goers help us minimise waste and participate in our recycling initiatives during the day, ensuring rubbish is disposed of in the ample bins provided, and the land is looked after during your stay. 

Any items which, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, are considered to be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the day party are prohibited. Everyone will be searched on entry, and management reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items. 

All White Coco has a wide variety of food and drink facilities with various cuisines on offer; there’s something for everyone at this summer’s event. A complete list of our food trader vendors will be published on our website prior to the event day. 

Yes. There will be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available on-site. 

There will be standpipes that contain free, clean drinking water in the main arena. Bottled water will also be available to purchase at the bars throughout the site. Please identify yourself with these points and ensure you stay hydrated. 

No. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol or food into the main arena at the day party. Bins will be provided at the gates to dispose of any items before entering the main arena. 

There will be a number of accessible toilets located at Ascot. 

ALL WHITE COCO is a formal all-white dress event. You can wear a suit, dress trousers, shirts, pants or jeans. As our dance floors are hard floors , heels and shoes can be worn. You can wear white jeans and fresh trainers (any colour) only. However, you will be turned away from the doors if your attire includes other colours or you look like yesterday’s dogs dinner.

A dress other than all white

Your top and bottom clothing must follow the dress code. This is not a street event-style festival.  Attending our white party is an opportunity to flaunt your fashion sense and make a stylish fashion statement.
